  3. Remove dual-factor login

    Could you please remove the requirement for dual-factor login? This could be optional. Requiring an email and password login should be enough; there is nothing sensitive in my account. The current requirement makes logging in slow and burdensome.

  4. Why did this happen

    Suddenly and of its own accord in the last week, Jade, rather than sending me each morning the selection of cases I set up years ago, is serving up 100 cases and legislative events. Very annoying.

  6. Have a button for each case where you can report that the wrong decision has been linked to the citation

    The MNC for Wolter v Broomhall [2023] ACTSC 331 is currently linking to DPP v Curtis-Hodge - https://jade.io/article/1054161, and there is no obvious way to report the error

    Stop requiring an email address in order to access the site.

    Jade has been my preferred legal resource for years. For a while I had a Jade pro account, but I let that lapse. For the first time today, I had to provide an email address to access the site at all. It was slow and buggy. I was working on my work computer, I entered my gmail address, the email came to my phone. Once I clicked the link on my pone, nothing happened on the work computer, so I tried the verification code (invalid). So then i waited…

  9. Cease hijacking of browser search function

    The shortcut in browsers to "find" is hijacked by jade, the result being that my searches end up contaminated.

    If trying to look for a string in a case, the browser search function allows navigation without rerunning the search and without affecting the forward and back function of the browser. However, the use of the find shortcut is denied by jade instead forcing use of its filters and the next/previous buttons (in Jade) move a little, causing inadvertent closing of the search.

  12. Everytime I try to search and review citations of the Trade Practices Act 1974 it automatically takes me to the Australian Consumer Law.

  13. Remove dual-factor login

    The new requirement to not only login, but also to obtain a code through your email, is slow and buggy.

    I keep being told I have received a verification code, but have not. I have checked my spam folder. I have clicked 'resend'. This happens repeatedly.

    What used to be a quick and enjoyable user experience has become a slow and painful one.

    Here's hoping Jade removes this unnecessary dual-factor login by default.

  17. make it easier to copy and paste sections from legislation

    This may be difficult given legislation is imported - but it would be great if it was easier to copy and paste sections of legislation with proper formatting into word or oneNote or into outlook. At the moment, regardless of using the jade copy function, or the browser copy button, sections are always incorrectly and inconsistently formatted and usually have the function put in erroneous numbered lists.

    I hate to suggest it, but is this something an AI tool could be used for? Assuming it wouldn't hallucinate and create its own sections and subsections...
