Correct the judgment
Hi folks,
LH v R [2024] NSWCCA 165 seems to be listed as the Commonwealth DPP appearing, whereas in fact it was the NSW ODPP. See NSW Caselaw.
Thanks!

Availability of Corporations Act volumes 2-7
Only volume 1 of the Corporations Act is available - there does not seem to be any way to view volumes 2-7, other than through the small preview windows available for individual sections.

Expensive points
This is a comment pertaining to financial trustworthiness. I just had white gold and perfect 3 sapphire ring stolen when it was on my neck as I slept by someone who wants to prove I am indeed inept and need financial management.
I am afraid to go to Berry St as thr system has been a giant test and the diamond necklace from zgrandpa was 6qnkednoff my neck but I fought for it.
How is this fair when people get paid to make me look even worse?3 votes -
AICmr Decisions
it would be great if you could include decisions of the Australian Information Commissioner within the FOI and Privacy topic in the Cth Tribunals collection. The decisions are published to Austlii at http://www8.austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin/viewdb/au/cases/cth/AICmr/

Have a simple process for cancelling subscriptions. I've tried looking on the website, asking live chat, emailing and phoning.
It would be great if accounts could be managed online - maybe I've missed the relevant part of the website, but live chat didn't know either and told me to email. My email was acknowledged by someone who was sad that I'd asked to cancel and offered training so I could get more out of my subscription, and neither of my calls to support have been returned

Fix this reference
I have been trying to find citations to Katsilis v Broken Hill Proprietary Co Ltd (1977) 18 ALR 181; (1977) 52 ALJR 189 but when I search for it in Jade I keep being directed to Allen v Tobias [1958] HCA 13; 98 CLR 367, which is not the same case.

hi guys. Check this case: Express Cargo Services Pty Ltd v Mysko [2023] SASC 11. The hyperlinks are such a GREAT idea, but they don't work.
Hi guys, I was so impressed with the hyperlink approach in this case. Surely it has to be the way of future court reports instead of these ridiculous tomes that are the current format. With hyperlinks the reader can immediately go to salient points. With so many cases impacting not only on students but also practitioners, this is the way of the immediate future (before more AI impacts of course). PROBLEM: the hyperlinks don't appear to take me to the proper target in this case. Can you check it and see what you get please. I'm dying to use the…
