Be clear about limitations of advanced filters such as the "words and phrases" filter
The "words and phrases" advanced filter works in a way that is not immediately clear to the user. The text box allows free text entry but also has a dropdown list. When you type in free text, if the search term isn't already in the list of terms in the dropdown list, the search ignores the result. The user may take this to mean that there are no cases with that search term in the "words and phrases" section when that isn't correct. It ends up misleading the user.
Also, I struggled to find any help article that explains how that particular filter actually works nor explains what are its limitations.

For example, Hall v Hall [2016] HCA 23; 257 CLR 490 (https://jade.io/article/479832) has "financial resources" in the headnote under the "words and phrases" section. If you search for "financial resources" using the "words and phrases" advanced filter, you won't find that case. You see a poorly contrasting message saying "Nothing selected for 'financial resources' - please choose a match from the list"
