  1. offer an obiter dictum identifier similar to that of your Citator tool.

    Similar to that of the Citator tool, it would prove beneficial having a tool that could identifier obiter statements within a case.

    We are working on precisely this kind of identification. It’s a little harder than CaseTrace (our citator tool), but stay tuned. The first stage is ready and will be deployed in the week of 16 June 2015.

  2. separate the workers compensation cases out from the Employment, labour and industial topic, which should be reserved for employment law.

  3. add the Defence Force Discipline Appeals Tribunal to the list of courts that are in your alerts list.

    As the DFDAT is effectively a court of appeal which sits with 3 judges from the Federal Court and the State Supreme Courts, it is superior appellate tribunal that would enhance your alerts list.
