Stop requiring an email address in order to access the site.
Jade has been my preferred legal resource for years. For a while I had a Jade pro account, but I let that lapse. For the first time today, I had to provide an email address to access the site at all. It was slow and buggy. I was working on my work computer, I entered my gmail address, the email came to my phone. Once I clicked the link on my pone, nothing happened on the work computer, so I tried the verification code (invalid). So then i waited 52 seconds to send another one, and typed in the vero code, and then was asked for my personal details. If I have to do this every time, I'm just buying a copy of odgers and forgetting about Jade.

Agree. Often I use Jade because I need to access something fast. Email login makes Jade much less attractive to use. It also didn't work properly; first it said the code provided was invalid; then when I clicked the link it didn't work the first time. Took me three goes to actually login.
