Index SAET decisions
It would be very helpful to integrate decisions of the South Australian Employment Tribunal, particularly given the per-section citation functions of Jade. They are currently published here: http://www.austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin/viewdb/au/cases/sa/SAET/

Ensure that footnote hyperlinks work properly
The problem appears to be widespread, at least on Chrome browser.

Website does not always load correctly
Occasionally when accessing jade via Chrome, only the search bar will load and not the rest of the page. You are also not able to search and need to reload page (sometimes a number of times) for it to load the web page correctly. Have been able to replicate this on several PCs. Is this something that has been reported or can be looked into?

H-Index for Barristers based on citations
Right now it can be difficult for solicitors to know who are more experienced or competent counsel when they are looking for someone to brief. It would be amazing to have an equivalent to an academic H-Index, and would be quite easily implemented (eg in each decision, the counsel's name is crawled and aggregated to a particular counsel's 'profile'. Counsel could register on jade and claim their profile and fill in details like a link to their bio etc. and can 'claim' decisions which are missed by the automatic function. Similar to eg google scholar or academia.edu.
The system could…

Expensive points
This is a comment pertaining to financial trustworthiness. I just had white gold and perfect 3 sapphire ring stolen when it was on my neck as I slept by someone who wants to prove I am indeed inept and need financial management.
I am afraid to go to Berry St as thr system has been a giant test and the diamond necklace from zgrandpa was 6qnkednoff my neck but I fought for it.
How is this fair when people get paid to make me look even worse?3 votes -
Create a filter option for "tribunals" in addition to "all courts".
Currently, to search in all tribunals you must select them individually which takes time and is inefficient. It would be nice to have an "all tribunals" option alongside "all courts" and "all legislation".

Have a simple process for cancelling subscriptions. I've tried looking on the website, asking live chat, emailing and phoning.
It would be great if accounts could be managed online - maybe I've missed the relevant part of the website, but live chat didn't know either and told me to email. My email was acknowledged by someone who was sad that I'd asked to cancel and offered training so I could get more out of my subscription, and neither of my calls to support have been returned

add the Defence Force Discipline Appeals Tribunal to the list of courts that are in your alerts list.
As the DFDAT is effectively a court of appeal which sits with 3 judges from the Federal Court and the State Supreme Courts, it is superior appellate tribunal that would enhance your alerts list.
2 votesWe have this planned. We will not overlook the DFDAT.

Missing decision in Purvis precedent visualisation
I was checking out the precedent visualisation for Purvis v The State of NSW [2003] HCA 62, and noticed the most recent decision from the Qld Court of Appeal in Woodforth v State of Queensland [2017] QCA 100 does not appear therein (https://jade.io/article/531142).
The Woodforth decision is important in that it is the first court of appeal that rejects the application of the Purvis decision when applied to a discrimination provision that differs from that in the DDA. This case will have ripple effects in other Australian discrimination jurisdictions.
It would be good if the visualisation tool includes it.

Fix citation error
In The Pilbara Infrastructure Pty Ltd v Australian Competition tribunal [2012] HCA 36 there are several incorrect citations at paragraph 14. Douglass v R is [2012] HCA 34, not 36.

Get older state court decisions on Jade.
I am working with Permanent Building Society v Wheeler (1994) 11 WAR 187. It doesn't appear to be on Jade since too old. Would be great to get all decisions of state courts onto Jade. Thank you!
